You ask: No woman has ever become deliberately pregnant in an attempt to snag a man?

I have no doubt this has happened, and it seems like a despicable (and sad) thing to attempt. I remain unclear on how this could be done if the man is taking basic responsibility for his ejaculate. Did he not wear a condom? If not, why not? Did he expect her to provide a condom and she sabotaged it?
