Well, of course. Men have been in charge for the last several millennia and have literally caused everything you just listed, aside from natural disasters. Then again, they have also caused global warming, which has made natural disasters worse, so I guess in a way they’ve caused those too. If you want to blame women, simply give us a few thousand years of being in charge.
