“There have been a lot of instances where women told the men they were on birth control but were not in order to get pregnant. Also, there have been instances where women have removed sperm from condoms and put it within themselves in order to get pregnant (sounds crazy but it has happened before) .”

In both of those scenarios you are describing men who expect women to be responsible for men’s bodily fluids. If the men in these scenarios were ejaculating responsibly, it wouldn’t matter if the woman lied about birth control, and there would be no sperm to remove from the condom, because he would have careful disposed of it.
